FALL 2021 ORC – Week 6 – It‘s Time To Move It Move it!
Here we go! Week 6 of the One Room Challenge! Only a handful of days left to complete this pantry project and thanks to being extremely ill the last week and half, I am now calling in the artillery! My good friend who is a finishing carpenter is coming in to help me wrap this baby up! I am going to have him focusing on getting the drawers and drawer fronts built so I can install the Emtek Handles I received earlier this season and start painting the cabinets.
Unfortunately, there isn‘t much for updates as I mentioned because I was very sick until about Sunday. I have been working as hard as I can since getting the shelves assembled and ready for some lighting. The electrician is here today getting the under mount lights installed thanks to Kichler Lighting and I can‘t wait to see how those look!
I was able to finish DIYing the door! The VIDA handle from Delaney Hardware finishes it beautifully! I am loving how it flows with the style of the door. The colour I chose for the door is Sherwin Williams 2022 Colour of the year, Evergreen Fog.
Keeping this blog post short and sweet as there hasn‘t been any progress and that‘s okay. I‘m going to kick it into high gear, get the extra hands helping, and get a move on it! My tile is finally in and I will be hopefully getting that installed by the end of the weekend! Fingers crossed!
